Join our home in Bexhill, East Sussex
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join us as Residential Support Workers. This is not just a job; it's an opportunity to be a part of something truly special.

For this role, candidates must have the right to work in the UK with permission to work over 20 hours per week. Additionally, applicants must be 21 years of age or older due to the age of the children in our care and the regulatory requirements governing this role.
Position: Residential Support Worker
Location: Bexhill, East Sussex

Responsibilities:
Provide emotional and practical support to children who live at the home
Assist with daily living activities and routines
Foster a positive and engaging atmosphere within the home
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic care
Skills and Qualifications:
Genuine passion for supporting and empowering others
Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous but not essential
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Problem-solving abilities and adaptability
Relevant qualifications in residential childcare is desirable but not crucial, but must be willing to undertake the Level 3.
