Job Details Location: Central Belt, Scotland (Glasgow to Edinburgh). The role requires travel across central Scotland. Eligible candidates must undergo an enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service check. Responsibilities Conduct service visits to address reported calls and maintain high professional service standards. Respond promptly to customer service requests for the repair of business equipment. Diagnose faults and implement repairs through adjustments, cleaning, or spare parts replacement. Carry out preventive maintenance per manufacturer guidelines and service management recommendations. Communicate effectively with customers, providing detailed reports and ensuring acceptance of equipment condition post‑service. Install equipment sold by the company and ensure optimal performance for customer satisfaction. Provide training and guidance to customers to maximise equipment efficiency and prevent operational errors. Manage inventory of spare parts and consumables effectively to support service operations. Skills and Experience Required Experience working as an engineer on multi‑function device (MFD) printers. IT knowledge including networking devices and setting up scanning functions. Excellent customer service experience in a customer‑facing role. Experience working in a target‑driven environment. Professional appearance and presentation at all times.
