They are now seeking an Admissions Officer to join their team in Warwick on a temporary basis. Job Description Coordinate and manage the admissions process from initial enquiry to enrolment. Maintain accurate records and databases related to student admissions. Respond to queries from prospective students and their families in a professional manner. Organise and assist with open days, events, and interviews. Collaborate with internal departments to ensure a smooth admissions process. Prepare and distribute relevant admissions materials and documentation. Monitor and report on admissions data and trends to senior staff. Ensure compliance with all relevant policies and procedures. The Successful Applicant A successful Admissions Officer should have: Previous experience in administration or a similar role. Strong organisational and time management skills. Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and database management systems.
