Base pay range Finance Manager – Systems & Process Lead Full time, permanent. Hybrid (3 days office-based) We are seeking a highly capable Finance Manager to lead systems and process improvements within a finance transformation environment. This role will drive enhancements across FP&A and wider Record-to-Report processes, supporting the adoption and optimisation of a cloud-based Oracle EPM/EPBCS solution and reducing reliance on manual tools. You will work closely with finance, technology, and delivery teams to shape and implement a multi-year roadmap that improves planning, forecasting, reporting and control frameworks, enabling automation and smarter decision-making. Key Responsibilities Lead system and process transformation within the Record-to-Report and FP&A space Act as subject matter expert for Oracle EPM/EPBCS (or similar platforms such as Hyperion) Drive continuous improvements, reducing spreadsheet dependency and increasing automation Collaborate with finance and technology stakeholders to design and implement system enhancements Maintain process documentation, controls and governance standards Support change management, stakeholder communication and project delivery activities Qualifications System transformation experience within FP&A or related finance functions Strong project leadership and stakeholder communication skills Experience with Oracle EPM/EPBCS or comparable ERP/EPM systems (e.g., Hyperion) Qualified finance professional Ability to work under pressure, prioritise effectively and influence senior stakeholders Experience with additional Oracle EPM modules (e.g., EDMCS, Narrative Reporting, ARCS) Consulting or Big 4 background Please apply online for consideration Location Staines-Upon-Thames, England, United Kingdom Seniority level Mid-Senior level Employment type Full-time Job function Accounting/Auditing Industry Accounting #J-18808-Ljbffr
