Robert Half is currently working with a global, listed FMCG business to recruit a Finance Transformation Manager for an 18-month interim assignment. This position requires a hands-on individual who will be looking to make an impact at a global brand andlead the finance area to success. The role will be hybrid working based out of the businesses Chiswick office.

As the Finance Transformation Manager, you would be supporting with:

- Lead the Finance Workstream team through project change
- Display expertise on project management methodology and tools
- Lead workstream teams with integrity, honesty, and knowledge that promote the culture, values, and mission of Starbucks
- Effectively manage Finance workstream team through unusual events keeping team operating to standard
- Act as a champion and advocate for the project
- Creation of project budgets in conjunction with Raven programme manger
- Plan and monitor the project producing associated project documentation
- Organisation and chairing of project meetings for identified deliverables
- Manage progress, taking corrective action and/or escalating as required to appropriate stakeholders
- Report to the programme manager line manager and (when required) Steerco on matters of progress, exception & risk mitigation to ensure overall direction
- Support team in identifying scope and deliverables of Finance function for the successful transition of the Raven project & segmentation. Leading the charge and delivering on these deliverables once identified.
- Structure project work and plans using a structured project framework in collaboration w/ other Raven PM workstreams
- Effectively manage Finance function resources to minimize unnecessary risk or disruption
- Effectively collaborate with cross functional workstream PMs in coordinating dependencies/resource/timelines to meet function deliverables in a timely and cost-efficient manner
- Ensuring finance and business risk is minimised and champion the right controls and flows for the Starbucks business from the ground up
- Be the lead in the project team when it comes to finance issues, troubleshooting and seeing problems through to a solution in line with best practice and strong controls.

**Your Profile**

The ideal Finance Transformation Manager will have:

- Demonstrable experience in delivering organisational change within a similarly large business environment
- Experience in managing internal and external teams
- Strong experience in all areas of Oracle Modules would be ideal

**Salary & Benefits**

As well as the salary of between £400-450 per day (Inside IR35), the role offers a flexible working policy (teams are in the office 3 days per week). The office is near Chiswick station in Central London.
