**Finance Manager - Hounslow - £50,000-£55,000 - Hybrid**
**Description**:
IN2 Consult have partnered with a Hospitality/Food Service Company based in West London who are currently looking for a Finance Manager to join their exciting Commercial Finance team with the focus of managing key external contracts and supporting businessfunctions in driving business growth.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Partnering with senior external and internal stakeholders to set business objectives and ensure financial targets are met.
- Perform key analysis and forecasting measures to identify any risks and opportunities across business areas to improve efficiency.
- Provide month-end commentary to relevant stakeholders including insights and suggestions for remedial activities.
- Challenge reported trends in KPIs with stakeholder groups and implements mid to short term plans to maximise performance and drive improved productivity and value for money;
- Variance analysis & overall financial modelling to drive business decisions;
- Manage and coach a team of 2 accountants
**Knowledge, Skills & Experience:**
- Qualified or Part Qualified CIMA/ACCA (or similar)
- Experience working within multi-site retail is ideal
- Previous stakeholder engagement experience (Non-Financial/Financial backgrounds & Internal/External)
- High level communication & presentation skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Skillset to understand and analyse large data sets
- Experience of providing reporting and performance insight
