You’ll be part of a team of AEs selling Clio’s category-defining AI and legal technology solutions to the most prestigious law firms and corporate legal departments in the country—driving change in an industry that’s ready for transformation. As an Enterprise Account Executive, you’ll have the opportunity to shape the company’s growth and elevate execution.Who you areYou are a proven account executive who thrives in complex, consultative enterprise environments. You know what it takes to navigate the legal market and command the room with senior partners, general counsel and C‑level executives. You bring a track record of success selling into AmLaw 150 firms and a deep understanding of what it takes to shape and close large, multi‑stakeholder deals.ResponsibilitiesOwn a named account list and drive the full sales cycle—from prospecting and qualification to contract close.Lead product demos and executive meetings that connect legal pain points to clear business outcomes.Build strong, lasting relationships with legal buyers—from innovation leads to practice heads to C‑suite decision‑makers.Work cross‑functionally with product, customer success, and marketing to shape messaging and support success.Help evolve our sales playbook by capturing learnings and identifying scalable strategies.Represent Clio at industry events and conferences, building thought leadership and visibility across the market.Bring client feedback directly to the product team to help guide roadmap priorities.QualificationsA proven track record of exceeding quota in B2B SaaS sales, ideally in legaltech.Consultative selling skills—you ask smart questions, read the room, and translate product features into customer impact.Experience running complex, multi‑threaded deals with stakeholders across functions and seniority levels.High proficiency with CRM tools and sales metrics.Willingness to travel to client meetings and events as needed.Strong business acumen and ability to align sales motions with company strategy.Excellent problem‑solving and conflict‑resolution skills.Demonstrate a keen interest in improving your craft by using AI.Ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.Highly organized with strong project management skills.Passion for fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture.CompensationThe expected salary range is £72,000 to £108,000 GBP, with uncapped commission potential.
