We’re looking for a forward thinking GenAI Operations Analyst to help us drive adoption, ensure operational excellence, and unlock the full potential of GenAI across our Customer Operations function.What You’ll Be DoingMonitor GenAI tool performance, usage, and quality of outputs.Collaborate with Data Science and Product teams on updates and improvements.Deliver training and upskilling support to ensure successful adoption.Manage incidents and ensure AI solutions remain compliant and ethical.Create documentation, track KPIs, and generate regular reports.What You’ll BringA passion for emerging technologies, especially GenAI.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities.Experience in operations, data analytics, or technical support.Exposure to AI/ML tools or an eagerness to learn.Why Join IRIS?You’ll play a key role in shaping how we use AI to improve customer outcomes, streamline processes, and foster innovation across the business.
