About the Role As a Phlebotomist, you will: Perform venepuncture on patients as requested by healthcare professionals. Ensure accurate patient identification and correct sample collection. Deliver a high-quality, patient-centred service in line with UKAS accreditation standards. Work collaboratively within a supportive team and across outreach services. What We’re Looking For Educated to GCSE level or equivalent. At least 6 months phlebotomy experience in the NHS in the last 3 years. Excellent communication skills and attention to detail. Ability to organise, multitask, and prioritise effectively. Commitment to infection control, health and safety, and Trust values. Why Join Us?
