You’ll be the voice of the team in cross-functional initiatives shaping how we work and how we deliver exceptional experiences to our supporters. What will I be doing Responsible for ensuring process requirements for Supporter Engagement teams are delivered through the migration from Siebel to Salesforce Event Management Order Management and Volunteer Management systems. Represent Supporter Engagement in strategic projects across Cancer Research UK ensuring changes enhance productivity service quality and supporter experience. Own and evolve business processes to improve efficiency reduce costs and deliver seamless supporter journeys. Identify and implement innovative process improvements drawing on best practices from inside and outside the organisation. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to shape solutions from the ground up. Influence and support strategic planning as part of the leadership team. Lead cross-departmental change projects with measurable outcomes. Use insight and analysis to inform decisions and track the impact of improvements. Support the costing and development of new and existing services to ensure they are efficient cost-effective and deliver outstanding supporter experiences. Ensure all services are compliant and aligned with regulatory requirements. What are you looking for A strategic operator with deep expertise in operational processes within large complex consumer-led organisations. Proven experience in project and change management within matrix structures. Strong relationship builder and influencer across all levels. Confident decision-maker with a knack for simplifying complex information to a wide range of audiences. Skilled in process mapping and continuous improvement. Excellent communicator with a pragmatic solutions-focused mindset. Sound understanding of regulatory requirements in supporter engagement.
