We're looking for a driven and experienced Sales Manager to join our team, focused on selling cloud, SaaS, and managed digital services to UK public sector organisations. You'll be working within established government frameworks such as G-Cloud, Digital Outcomes and Specialists (DOS), and RM6100 series, helping clients navigate procurement and unlock value through digital transformation. This Public Sector Digital Services Sales Manager role is Hybrid Flexible with a requirement to be in our London office approximately twice a month. Responsibilities Drive the execution of the public sector sales strategy, targeting opportunities through UK government frameworks such as G-Cloud, DOS, and RM series. Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closure while maintaining a balanced pipeline of new business and qualified proposals. Build strong relationships with public sector stakeholders, including procurement leads and programme owners, to support long-term engagement. Collaborate with internal teams (bid, delivery, legal, commercial) to produce high-quality submissions and ensure compliance with sales governance. Provide accurate monthly forecasts and market insights, including competitor activity and public sector buying behaviours. Present compelling value propositions and achieve agreed sales targets within defined timeframes. Required Qualifications Significant experience in Sales Management or Business Development within the UK Public Sector IT space. Proven experience driving growth as an individual contributor in high-performing sales teams across cloud, SaaS, and managed services. Strong track record of closing and supporting multi-stakeholder public sector deals, ideally through government frameworks. Resilient, energetic, and motivated by selling and closing complex deals. Deep understanding of UK public sector procurement, especially via CCS frameworks. Familiarity with government frameworks such as G-Cloud, DOS, and RM series. Preferred Qualifications Knowledge of selling cloud and SaaS services into central and local government. Experience working with framework bid teams and navigating public sector procurement portals.
