Job Description Responsible for developing and implementing strategies to enhance our Energy & Utilities capabilities. Collaborate with business development and solutions teams to support solution design and bid activity. Create partnerships to develop new capabilities for WNS to bring to market. Work with the marketing team to promote Energy & Utilities capabilities. Demonstrated expertise in RPA, AI, ML & NLP solutions; CX management; RFI/RFP; prospect due diligence and transition; Target Operating Model (TOM); project management; digital marketing strategy; training and mentoring projects. Implement digital solutions, data analytics and process excellence initiatives to drive business transformation and operations modernization. Strategic planning and execution: develop and implement capability strategies aligned with the BU's goals; identify and address capability gaps; develop and manage capability frameworks and initiatives. Stakeholder management: collaborate with leaders to align capability initiatives with business needs; build and maintain relationships with employees, managers and external partners; communicate the value of capability initiatives. Data analysis and reporting: collect and analyse data to track effectiveness of capability initiatives; prepare reports and presentations; monitor KPIs related to capability development.
