InterMoor are currently looking to add an Operations Coordinator to their Aberdeen team on a full-time permanent basis.

Duties/Responsibilities

  1. Set up hire orders in the rental database so as to produce appropriate dispatch paperwork
  2. Formulate proforma invoices, stating weights, dimensions and replacement values for equipment being shipped internationally for rental
  3. Produce cargo summaries; stating weights, dimensions and replacement values for equipment being dispatched locally for rental
  4. Compile reports with regards to various forms of equipment inspections carried out by InterMoor staff.
  5. Generate customer on-hire reports and send on a weekly basis so as to show equipment remaining on-hire
  6. Update weekly client spreadsheet stating items on-hire, relevant rig, detailing client owned equipment returned or in storage
  7. Stocktaking– Assisting with locating assets during stock audits by means of historical checks on movements of same
  8. Liaising with both clients and yard team respectively with regards to current and upcoming hires and hire returns
  9. Assisting Operations Manager when needed
  10. Participate in on-call rotation
Requirements
  1. Good operational and technical experience
  2. Good knowledge of Mooring equipment
  3. Experience with NAVISION
  4. Effective/competent MS Office Suite User
  5. High level of communication skills both written and verbal
