About the role Reporting to the Customer Service Team Leader, the Customer Services Representative is responsible for order entry and processing Customer Orders for parts, supplies and accessories. The Team ensures on‑time delivery of Customer consumable orders, and this position has a high impact on Videojet’s success by ensuring accurate, on‑time deliveries to customers. Typical day Accurate and timely sales order entry. Coordinate and manage scheduled shipments. Prepare and provide quotes via telephone and email. Process purchase orders efficiently and accurately. Handle invoice queries and issue credit notes as required. Respond to price queries and provide relevant information. Manage MSDS (Material Safety Data Sheet) queries. Create customer contracts and ensure accuracy of details. Oversee contract billing and maintain up‑to‑date records. Update visual management tools to reflect performance and results. Essential requirements Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Highly organised with strong planning and prioritisation abilities. Exceptional customer service with a proactive approach. High accuracy with strong attention to detail. Effective under pressure and confident deadline management. Structured, process‑driven work style. Proficiency with PC applications and internet tools. Collaborative team player with a positive and supportive attitude. Strong time‑management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively. Passion for the role and pride in the value it brings to the business. Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment. Initiative to identify issues and solve problems proactively.
