Job title: Senior Content Manager, Warner Records Position Summary The Content Manager will lead on creating and distributing culturally resonant content across artists’ social platforms to drive reach, build artist brands, and convert passive listeners into active fans. Responsibilities Work closely with artists and managers to architect end-to-end (ideation, production, and distribution) content strategies for their campaigns across all major social platforms - actively contributing to the creative process. Drive the strategic direction and daily management of all artist social media accounts, ensuring content is platform-native and optimised for engagement. Work closely with the Creator Managers on influencer outreach strategies, identifying key individuals and communities for collaborations that amplify artist conversation and awareness. Work closely with the Community Managers to develop strategies to build and nurture artist communities online, implementing tactics to encourage user-generated content and fan interaction. Key Requirements Proven track record of progressive experience in social media, content creation, or creator marketing, with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns, ideally within music or entertainment. A natural understanding of internet culture and an innate ability to predict and capitalise on trends whilst considering the positioning of an artist’s brand. Highly proficient in social media platforms and their respective content ecosystems, particularly TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts. Expert knowledge of social media analytics tools and a strong ability to translate data into actionable insights. WMG is committed to inclusion and diversity in all aspects of our business.
