We aim to grow our current team to meet customer needs and will leverage your technical expertise and problem-solving abilities to innovate complex solutions.You’ll RoleAs a Sr Agile Transformer, you will partner with technical leaders and engineering teams to coach, guide, and drive the adoption of Agile practices that support learning and predictable delivery within new product deliveries. You will lead facilitation efforts to help teams understand their product portfolios, align on delivery priorities, and accelerate the execution of product capabilities. Through coaching, mentoring, and hands-on leadership, you will enable teams to continuously improve how they build, deliver, and operate software at scale.ResponsibilitiesServe as Scrum Master for one or more Data Product Engineering teamsFacilitate Agile ceremonies, manage team cadence, and help teams plan and deliver iterativelyPartner with business stakeholders and engineering leads to define product goals and manage delivery through backlogsCoach teams on Agile principles, the Scrum Framework, and product-centric delivery modelsFacilitate portfolio and digital incubation workshops to align teams around value streams, platform capabilities, and delivery outcomesIdentify and remove delivery impediments and continuously improve Agile execution across teamsChampion transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement in team practices and outcomesEducation QualificationBachelor's Degree in a technical, business, or related disciplineSubstantial experience in Agile software delivery environments, preferably with a focus on DevOps, Platform Engineering, or internal toolingCertified Scrum Master (CSM, PSM, or equivalent) preferredDesired CharacteristicsDeep experience working in Agile product development environments with cross-functional engineering teamsStrong understanding of Agile values, Lean thinking, and product lifecycle conceptsExcellent stakeholder management and facilitation skills; able to balance competing priorities and perspectivesAdept at identifying delivery risks and misalignments, and helping teams adapt plans effectivelySkilled in conflict resolution, team coaching, and driving shared ownership within delivery teamsStrong communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and writtenCommitted to fostering a collaborative, inclusive, and outcomes-driven team cultureFamiliarity with tools such as Azure DevOps and AHA is a plusYou’ll Thrive In This Role If You…Enjoy helping engineering teams improve how they deliver, collaborate, and continuously improveAre passionate about Agile principles, lean product development, and driving cultural changeLove facilitating discussions, aligning diverse stakeholders, and unlocking team potentialAre energized by coaching others and leading teams through change and uncertaintyWant to play a key role in building Database Capabilities and Data Products that will underpin GE Vernova Grid-OS applicationsValue outcomes over process and enjoy iterating toward excellence with technical teamsBelieve in the power of empowered teams and transparent delivery practicesWhy Join Our TeamGE Vernova is proud to be an equal opportunity employer, committed to the continuous improvement and wellbeing of its employees.
