Excellent communication skills – you can make complex compliance topics easy for anyone to understand. You are a self‑starter who can manage your own time and priorities in a fast‑paced, remote environment. A relevant degree in business, finance, or a related field is a plus, and certifications like the Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager (CRCM) are highly desirable. Benefits A competitive salary that reflects your skills and experience. Work from anywhere in the UK. Our client is a remote‑first company and will provide you with the laptop and equipment you need to shine. A great benefits package, including private BUPA health insurance, a company pension, and access to a flexible benefits portal. Time to recharge with a generous holiday allowance. What It's Like to Work There? You'll be part of an innovative and supportive team that's passionate about making a difference in the finance industry. As a forward‑thinking fintech, our client has built a bespoke, cutting‑edge platform that enables their mortgage brokers to work efficiently and at high volume — with a "client first" mindset. They have a flat structure, which means you can talk directly to the decision‑makers and see your ideas come to life quickly. With consistent month‑to‑month growth, they're building something special, and they want you to be a part of it. Ready to Join Apply? If this sounds like your kind of challenge, we'd love to hear from you. You don't need to tick every single box – if you have the drive, the skills, and the passion to make a difference, our client encourages you to apply.
