They are now looking for an experienced and self‑motivated Asbestos Administrator based in and around the Manchester area. The ideal candidate will hold extensive experience working within the asbestos industry, scheduling asbestos work, uploading reports and drawings, ensuring that paperwork is up to date and filed correctly, and liaising with management and clients. Our client is open to candidates looking for both part time and full‑time work. Applications will be considered from: Oldham, Bolton, Wigan, Bury, Rochdale, Stockport, Warrington, Liverpool, Birkenhead, St Helens, Preston, Blackburn, Lancashire, Burnley, Chorley, Cheshire, Crewe. Experience & Qualifications Previous experience working within the asbestos industry Excellent organisational skills Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Responsibilities Scheduling asbestos work for all site staff Assisting with the completion of PQQs and tenders Collecting information and producing accurate and detailed reports for clients Taking telephone calls and dealing with enquiries in a timely and professional manner Providing effective control of company documents Carrying out administrative duties such as filing and scanning Building and maintaining a good working relationship with clients Alternative Job Titles Asbestos Administrator, Asbestos Coordinator, Asbestos Schedular, Project Coordinator, Administrative Assistant, Office Administrator, Administrator.
