Job Title: Asbestos Removal Administrator / Project CoordinatorLocation: Manchester, Northwest.Salary / Benefits £19k – £28k +Training +BenefitsLevel of Experience: Trainee Asbestos Administrator through to Lead Asbestos Administrator We are currently working closely with an established, large removal company, who provide a wide range of asbestos removal and abatement services to a national client base. Our client is currently looking to recruit a switched on and proactive Asbestos Removals Administrator / Project Coordinator based in or around the Manchester area. Priority will be given to candidates with experience working for an established Removal Contractor, however the client will also consider CVs from candidates with Asbestos Consultancy experience. The client prides themselves on investing in their staff and for the right person they can offer on-going training and career development. Applications will be considered from: Oldham, Rochdale, Ashton-under-lyne, Hyde, Stockport, Wythenshawe, Cheadle Hulme, Huddersfield, Altrincham. Experience & Qualifications: Previous experience working within an asbestos removal company. Good working knowledge of the Removals process; previous experience coordinating removal/ abatement projects and submitting RAMS/ASB 5 Notifications is desirable. Ability to effectively communicate with both internal management teams, as well as, external clients. Strong organisational skills and experience managing a high volume inbox is essential. Strong experience with Microsoft Office packages. Will ideally hold good knowledge of managing company social media platforms (desirable not essential). Experience working in a sales support role (desirable but not essential). Confident telephone manner and ability to work well under pressure. The Role: Working closely with Contract Managers to ensure all enquiries are dealt with and deadlines are hit. Assisting the companies estimating team to provide an expert service to both internal managers and external clients. Working closely with operations team to ensure smooth running of all departments. General administration duties including but not limited to; answering customer enquiries, management of department email inbox. Maintaining database of incoming enquiries for new and existing clients. Accessing web portals to retrieve and submit enquiries.Quality checking outgoing quotations and following up on feedback for submitted quotes. Raising and distribution of Purchase Orders. Optional to get involved in lead generation campaigns.
