HR Services Administrator
At our organisation, we believe that our employees are our greatest asset. As an HR Admin, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of HR processes within a supportive HR team of 6. You'll be the go to person for all HR related inquiries, making a positive impact on the employee experience from day one.
🌟Salary: £25,000
🌟 Hours: Monday - Friday 9:00am - 5:30pm
🌟 12 Month, Fixed Term Contract

Key Responsibilities
Efficiently manage HR processes, including starters, leavers, and employee benefits administration.
Respond to routine HR inquiries and provide guidance on contractual queries and employee lifecycle transactions.
Maintain accurate employee records across various HRIS platforms.
Validate right-to-work documentation in line with Home Office guidelines.
Ensure compliance with HR procedures and data integrity to support accurate reporting.
Write and maintain process documentation to meet compliance requirements.
Collaborate on projects, liaising with stakeholders and assessing impacts.
What We're Looking For:
Strong interpersonal skills to establish credibility and foster positive relationships.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage your time effectively.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and HR systems (HR Pro experience is a plus).
A commonsense approach to problem-solving and a fair, consistent manner in handling issues.
Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills.
A commitment to delivering high-quality customer service and advice.
