This job is brought to you by Jobs/Redefined, the UK's leading over-50s age inclusive jobs board.We are currently seeking a Key Account Manager to join a well-established SME who supply a diverse range of products across the public and private sectors. This will be a Field based role covering the North and South of England specifically areas between Manchester and Northampton.You will be responsible for bringing focus, excitement and high growth to existing territory specifically within the healthcare market sector. This area already has the benefit of a significant number of existing and active accounts. Your role is to grow by new client acquisition alongside key account development with the current clients, adding 25% - 35% volume across the board and improving overall profitability. Whilst you will be identifying new target prospects yourself, you will also have the support of our marketing team to provide you with warm leads every week.Primary ResponsibilitiesMeet or exceed agreed annual and quarterly sales goals, profit margins and activity targetsManage and retain a portfolio of existing customers at agreed sales and margin growth targets whilst developing new profitable clientsMaintain the relationship at all levels within the customers to ensure on-going customer satisfactionVisit accounts on a scheduled basis; create and deliver account development plansDevelop new revenue streams from new products and services from within the Arrow product portfolio, while optimising income from existing linesGather intelligence on competitorsResearch new business opportunities, identify likely sales points, develop strategic plans and sales strategies, and undertake presentations to and negotiate with prospective customersWork with our Lead Generation and Appointment Making Team, to successfully win and develop new accountsDemonstrate company products to prospective customers and lead discussions with them concerning the ways in which the products solve their problems or meets their requirementsFormally present proposals and presentations to prospects and customersProduction of required reports in a timely mannerEnsure CRM system is kept up to date and opportunities are logged and followed up assiduouslyEnsure customer complaints or overdue accounts are brought to a satisfactory conclusionAttendance at Head Office on a weekly basis is required (one day a week)RequirementsStrong business development and customer support skills with a proven track record in managing clients and winning businessSelf driven and self motivated desire to close the deal and get resultsWell presented and excellent organizational skillsExcellent interpersonal skills to develop and nurture customer relationsExcellent negotiation skillsProven ability to see the big picture, identify customer's needs and creatively provide solutionsAbility to identify and capitalize on opportunities that provide solutions for the customer and additional revenue for the companyStrong financial management skills and clear understanding of margin importanceHonesty, loyalty, and integrityExcellent communication skills, both verbally and written that encourage customer confidence, improves customer satisfaction and loyaltyBenefitsSalary of £50,000 - £60,000 DOEOTE (up to £10k DOE)Company Car or Car Allowance #J-18808-Ljbffr
