Behaviour Mentor – PRU – Key Stage 4Do you have experience supporting young people with SEMH needs and challenging behaviour? Are you passionate about helping students develop self-regulation skills and make positive choices? This dynamic Pupil Referral Unit (PRU) is looking for a dedicated Behaviour Mentor to support Key Stage 4 students who have been excluded from mainstream education.This role is focused on building strong, trusting, professional relationships with students to help them manage their emotions and behaviour effectively. Working closely with teachers and pastoral staff, you will provide one-to-one and small group support, helping students to re-engage with learning and develop essential life skills.
