If so, you could be the perfect fit for our BMW Product Genius role at Vines of Guildford. Hours: Monday to Friday 8:30am – 6:00pm; Saturday 09:00am – 05:00pm with a one‑hour unpaid break for lunch each day. What You’ll Be Doing Bringing the BMW experience to life through personalised product presentations and deep‑dive demonstrations. Supporting customers and the sales team by sharing your product expertise and helping with handovers and test drives. Maintaining a standout showroom environment, ensuring our display and demo cars look their absolute best. Assisting with photography and presentation of used vehicles so our online listings truly shine. Collecting and delivering vehicles – driving some of the incredible cars we sell. Supporting the Sales Executives to ensure customers enjoy a seamless, memorable, end‑to‑end experience. About You Energetic, proactive, and confident. Passionate about delivering a genuine “Genius experience.” Curious and driven – someone who loves learning and enjoys developing their skills. Comfortable speaking with customers in person or by phone. Ideally experienced in a customer‑facing, retail or sales environment (any sector welcome).
