Pay Rates £12.65 per hour (7am-11pm) £15.72 per hour (11pm-7am) Enhanced rate of £16.27 per hour when working between Friday 18:00 to Monday 7:00am. Please note that the weekend rate is a none contractual incentive for working unsociable hours and you will be paid £12.65 during your training. Working Hours We understand the importance of flexibility – we are currently offering part-time shifts of 24 or 30 hours per week - (there may be limited full-time availability - 37.5 hours), which will be discussed upon application - please feel free to reach out via email beforehand if you need to. Please note, this is not a regular 9 - 5 job, and some weekends and late night / overnight shifts are included. Important: this role cannot be worked remotely, and you must be able to attend shifts in our 111-contact centre : Unit 7, Delta Terrace, West Road, Ransomes Euro Park, Ipswich, Suffolk, Training and Development We offer extensive, fully paid training to equip you with the skills to become a qualified Health Advisor and learn the advanced NHS 111 triage tool. Schedule (add specific training dates below, depending on site) Full-Time : Monday-Friday (9:30am-5pm) for 4 weeks Part-Time : Tues, Weds, Thurs (6pm-9:30pm) and Sat-Sun (9:30am-5pm) for 6 weeks Our current training date availability is : Part-Time Course starting on 22nd November 2025 Full-Time Course starting on 1st December 2025 It is essential that you attend training every day. You will undergo assessments and call audits throughout training. Passing these is essential to continue with the role. Failure to pass on your second attempt will result in no longer being able to continue with the role. After training, you will receive an additional 8 weeks of support to ensure you’re ready to be signed off as a fully accredited Pathways Health Advisor.
