Supported by friendly colleagues with varied skills and expertise, you will have plenty of opportunities to grow and develop in a diverse range of areas – all with the opportunity to work within some of Hampshire’s most interesting buildings The Facilities Management (FM) team provides support to over 100 buildings, ranging from fully FM managed buildings to drop-in sites throughout the County of Hampshire.Confident and dependable, you will have some experience in a similar role. You will be able to work efficiently as part of a team and demonstrate real commitment to customer service. Your excellent communication skills will enable you to deal with a wide range of situations in a positive and professional manner.What you’ll do:This role involves a wide range of duties to support the smooth running of our buildings and services. Responsibilities include responding to customer enquiries, managing contractor access and safety procedures, operating key safes, and supporting furniture moves. You’ll help maintain the premises by identifying repairs, keeping outdoor areas clear, and ensuring safe access during adverse weather.The role also includes building security tasks such as locking/unlocking, alarm management, and escorting visitors. You’ll monitor car parks, assist with fire safety procedures, and carry out health and safety checks. Additional duties include waste collection, providing first aid, and supporting meetings and events.What we’re looking for:We’re looking for someone who embodies patience, empathy, and compassion in their approach to care.
