Facilities Assistant

We're looking for a Facilities Assistant to join our Corporate Estates team based in Basingstoke.
**Location**: Basingstoke - travel to other sites across the EKFB estate may be required
**Contract**: Full Time, Permanent. 40 hours per week.
**What will you be responsible for?**
As Facilities Assistant, you'll be working within the FM team, supporting them in administrative tasks.
Your day to day will include:
- General administration duties
- Support Regional Facilities Manager as required
- Dealing with visitors and contractors and liaising with the client, tenants and colleagues on site
- Comply with Health and Safety in the workplace
**What are we looking for?**
This role of Facilities Assistant is great for you if:
- Highly organised with a professional nature
- Previous FM experience is preferable
- Computer Literate with a sound understanding of Microsoft Office
- Punctual and reliable and willing to learn
- Clear, concise & effective communication to all parties and at all levels
