Role / Department We are seeking a dynamic and strategic senior sales manager to drive the growth and expansion of our Asset Servicing business focused on Insurance clients across the EMEA region. This senior sales role will be responsible for building and executing a regional insurance sales strategy, deepening client relationships, and delivering revenue targets. This individual will play a critical role in shaping our insurance presence in key markets and will work closely with regional business leads as well as global product, operations, and relationship management teams. Key Responsibilities of the Role Develop and execute a robust sales strategy for insurance clients across EMEA, aligned with global objectives. Identify, originate, and close new business opportunities with insurance clients, with a specific focus on insurance accounting, asset servicing and capital market solutions Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, industry influencers, and internal stakeholders. Collaborate with product management to ensure market needs are reflected in solution development and positioning. Represent the firm in industry events, conferences, and regulatory discussions across the region. Maintain oversight of the insurance sales pipeline, forecasts, and performance metrics, providing regular updates to key stakeholders and senior leadership. Ensure compliance with internal governance standards and local regulatory requirements. Benefits / Qualifications (The successful candidate will benefit from having) Deep understanding of the insurance industry considered imperative Proven experience in sales, ideally working in securities services, consulting or specialist software sales roles Proven track record in institutional sales leadership within the EMEA region. Deep understanding of regional market dynamics, regulatory landscape, and client needs. Strong leadership and team management experience; able to inspire and drive results through virtual teams. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Strategic thinker with a strong commercial acumen and data‑driven approach to decision making. Ability to work effectively across cultures and geographies. Experience in Investment Strategy / Management considered a strong plus. Additional language skills considered positively Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in a matrixed, global organization.
