This is a rewarding area of social work, with a focus on person centred planning and outcome focused practice. We work with a high number of people with varied needs ranging from complex health to forensic needs, who require skilled interventions. The team is a specialist service working alongside and in partnership with Cheshire and Wirral Partnership NHS trust. The role is diverse, and no two days will be the same. The candidates will require the ability to form relationships with service users, families, and other professionals to allow for successful outcomes.
