Job Summary The Pennine Network is looking for an Agile Team Administrator to join our Urgent Care Service on a full-time, permanent basis. You will have excellent customer service and administrative skills to support the smooth and efficient functioning of the service. As the role is agile the post holder will also be required to provide support to the inpatient wards, Home Treatment Team and Mental Health Liaison Team. We are inviting applications from individuals with excellent organisation skills and the ability to work on your own or as a member of the wider admin team. The successful candidate will be able to communicate with staff, servicer users, visitors and carers in a professional manner. The successful candidate must be computer literate, able to use Microsoft office packages, be able to live type or willing to train and possess a good telephone manner. Main duties of the job The post holder will be organised, professional, committed and will assist in providing a high standard, quality administrative service. The post holder will have knowledge of relevant customer and administrative procedures applicable to this role. The post holder will need to be a team player with strong communication skills. Essential Experience Previous experience as a Secretary/Administrator including diary management Previous experience of working in a fast moving, confidential, sensitive, pressurised deadline driven environment. Essential Skills Takes a pro‑active approach to tasks. Ability to communicate effectively at all levels using e‑mail, telephone or face to face. Organising and prioritising of diaries and schedules.
