**Job Description**:
We are currently recruiting for an individual to join us as our new **Temporary Administrator**, supporting our people function. The successful person will be agile, adaptable and willing to take on new skills and knowledge at speed. We need a self starter, someone with buckets of initiative and likes to work at pace with changing priorities.
The successful Administrators key duties will include, but not be limited to:
- Assisting with our temporary labour administration
- Handling inbox / Teams queries
- Data cleansing
- General system administration tasks
- Data entry
- Assisting with any other ad-hoc projects as they arise
**This is a temporary role for 4 months in the first instance, to cover due to limited team resources and to cover a peak period.**
**Qualifications**:
- Able to demonstrate great administration skills
- Demonstrates very good attention to detail
- Confident in data handling and processing
- Willing to adapt to the varying role requirements
- Confident working in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to learn and develop new skills
Additional Information
We offer hybrid working - you will be required to come into the Blackburn office 3 days per week, with the other two working from home.
The role is temporary, planned to last 4 months.
