Primary Purpose The Account Executive will support with developing and maintaining the European Marketplace channel for Coach and Kate Spade New York through the strategic and operational execution of product launches, driving in-season performance against sales and margin targets, and playing a key role in building and nurturing partner relationships. The successful individual will leverage their proficiency in Online Trading to : Build strong, collaborative relationships with Marketplace partners across all channels and brands, ensuring consistent trade engagement and key KPI’s are met and exceeded Drive performance against sales and margin targets, while proactively identifying in-season growth opportunities Support the timely execution of new product launches across multiple Marketplace channels, ensuring accuracy and operational excellence Produce weekly trade reports and deliver actionable insights to guide trading decisions and drive growth Collaborate with the Marketplace team to identify regional product opportunities and emerging market trends, consolidating insights to inform seasonal and core assortment strategies Develop a strong understanding of products, consumer behaviour, and competitive landscapes within local markets, and share insights with key internal stakeholders to inform strategies Collaborate with the Marketplace Manager and local Inventory Management team to identify and communicate business risks and opportunities related to product investment and inventory strategy Partner with the Inventory Management team to ensure stock levels are optimised in alignment with upcoming promotional campaigns, marketing initiatives, and key trading periods Work with Wholesale and Marketing teams to ensure category and gender specific platform content is optimised within global brand guidelines, while supporting a marketing strategy aligned with investment priorities Support efforts to maximise product visibility across sites, including building catalogue tree edit visual guides for partners Support the weekly and monthly execution of onsite content, including homepage updates, category and navigation banners, and other key visual elements Share monthly updates on new product arrivals and onsite launches to ensure alignment across teams and platforms Assist in developing communication tools to highlight business assortment strategies and provide monthly and quarterly hindsight Provide support to the Customer Service team by addressing retailer and customer queries as needed Foster strong relationships and build trust with regional teams across Wholesale Sales, Buying, Finance, BIMA, Ecommerce, and Marketing The accomplished individual will possess 3 years+ online trading experience (wholesale / direct retail) Experience working within Marketplace / Ecommerce business models Proficiency in Excel, using functions such as VLOOKUP, PivotTables, and SUMIFS Multi-category experience across Full Price, Outlet & Liquidation models Well-versed in the luxury fashion or accessories goods market Proven experience in supporting business activities across European markets Highly numerate with strong analytical capabilities and financial acumen; demonstrates a clear understanding of the key financial drivers that influence business performance Creative and strategic mindset, robust business acumen and commercial awareness Proven ability to build effective global partnerships and communicate successfully with diverse stakeholders across all levels Able to deliver key messages to senior stakeholders with clarity, confidence, and influence What Tapestry can offer you Hybrid working (3 days working from the office, 2 days remote) Option to finish early on a Friday (Flex Fridays) 1 Paid Volunteering Day per year and opportunities to volunteer with global projects Learning & Development opportunities Internal mobility & career progression Regular Social Events - Seasonal & Cultural Equity Inclusion & Diversity initiatives which include employee resource groups & regional inclusion council Other benefits include 25 days holiday in addition to bank holidays Annual Incentive Plan (company performance bonus) Multi brand discount up to 50% off Coach & Kate Spade New York Private Healthcare with health assessment (Bupa) Bupa rewards - Financial wellbeing support and wellness discounts Free 24 / 7 support for family building, fertility and menopause with Maven Private Dental Cover Eyecare vouchers Employee Assistance Program Employer Pension Contribution Gym discount Interest free season ticket loan Cycle to work scheme Our Competencies for All Employees Courage : Doesn’t hold back anything that needs to be said; provides current, direct, complete, and “actionable” positive and corrective feedback to others; lets people know where they stand; faces up to people problems on any person or situation (not including direct reports) quickly and directly; is not afraid to take negative action when necessary.
