The ideal candidate thrives in a dynamic environment and is eager to contribute to the smooth running of our premium ticketing platform. You should be detail-oriented, data-driven, and have a keen interest in the live events industry, ensuring our marketplace functions efficiently and delivers exceptional experiences for our customers and partners.We're in the live events business, which means in-person events are our core. This translates to our company culture and this role requires the candidate to be in the office five days a week at our London HQ This in-person environment fosters agility. Being together allows our team to make quick decisions and adapt to the constant changes in our industry.ResponsibilitiesAs a Marketplace Operations Executive, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our platform. This includes managing inventory, coordinating with partners, resolving operational issues, and ensuring the accurate and timely display of event listings. You will also monitor marketplace performance, analyse data to identify improvements, and work closely with the wider team to ensure our platform meets the needs of both customers and partners.Your role will involve:Monitor inventory levels and ensure that all products are listed accurately and in a timely mannerManage pricing within the product both dynamically and manuallyWork with partners to ensure that their content is inputted correctly and efficientlySolutionise and propose technical improvements and automations to streamline processes and increase efficiencyBuild and monitor the effectiveness of pages on the marketplace, including analysing key metrics and making recommendations for improvementsLiaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure that all parties are working collaboratively towards common goalsDevelop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure that all marketplace operations are standardised and streamlinedIdentify areas for improvement within marketplace operations and work with the Head of Marketplace to develop and implement strategies to address themBe adaptable and able to work to last minute deadlines alongside strategic planningCommunicate effectively with team members, partners and stakeholders across the businessHave a passion for process improvement and streamliningSkills & ExperienceWhile these qualifications are highly regarded, we appreciate the richness of diverse experiences.
