Our client, a prominent company in the construction sector, is currently seeking an experienced Agent to work as a Nightshift Manager at Heathrow. This contract role requires expertise in civil and airport construction, where you will be responsible for all construction operations undertaken at night.

Key Responsibilities:

Leading, planning, liaising, organising and overseeing all deliveries and installation activities during the night
Managing testing, commissioning, integration, transition, and handover/back for night-time works
Overall nightshift construction delivery of Civils, Structural, Architectural elements
Undertaking surveys and making temporary services lift and shift modifications
Overseeing structural steel erection and architectural fit-out including drylining modifications and new installations
Managing scaffoldings, coring, and drilling activities
Promoting, championing, and implementing safety best practices and initiatives across all site delivery aspects
Setting and accomplishing clearly defined objectives, ensuring plans have targets, measures, and clear accountabilities

Job Requirements:

Experience in civil and airport construction
Knowledge and experience of construction contract law and forms of NEC contract
Proven experience in running and integrating the delivery of complex works packages
Strong short and long-term schedule management skills
Commercial awareness and ability to review and identify opportunities for added value
Ability to maintain a safe and healthy working environment through best practices in safety management
