Currently in an exciting period of expansion with new event launches, a 70% increase in revenue over the last 2 years and a solid team, now is the perfect time to join THE ROLE Due to business growth and team expansion, an exciting position has become available for a Conference Producer to come on board and manage a portion of the event portfolio from a production perspective. This is a broad role that includes duties such as: Researching, writing & producing a minimum of 7-8 business conferences per annum. Producing each event to the highest quality possible, curating content for the relevant community. Sourcing, inviting and securing event speakers Managing an internal database Ensuring deadlines are met and production targets achieved and exceeded. Working closely with the internal Marketing & Sales team Ensuring the conference information is displayed on the web site and that the material is correct and up to date. Attending and opening open conferences, bringing workshops and future events to the attention of speakers and delegates. Networking with speakers and delegates to get new ideas for conferences, feedback, and secure speakers for future events. THE CANDIDATE Candidates must have at least 12-18 months experience in conference production, or a similar research background. You will also require excellent communication skills in order to liaise with speakers, delegates and senior ranking industry specialists on an a one-to-one basis.
