Join Our Team as a Senior Industrial Relations Advisor

A leading blue chip organisation is now looking for a dynamic Senior Industrial Relations Advisor to join their team (based in Warwick or Wokingham) on an initial 6 month basis

Contract Length: 6 months (potential for extensions)
Daily Rate: Very competitive Umbrella day rate
Location: Warwick or Wokingham with very flexible Hybrid structureYour Impact:
As a Senior Industrial Relations Advisor, you'll play a pivotal role in fostering a constructive relationship between management and employees. Your expertise will help us navigate complex industrial relations challenges and enhance our workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage industrial relations strategies to promote a harmonious working environment.
Provide expert advice on employment legislation and best practises to both management and staff.
Facilitate negotiations between management and trade unions, ensuring all parties' interests are represented.
Develop and implement training programmes to enhance understanding of industrial relations among staff.
Monitor and analyse trends in industrial relations, providing recommendations for improvement.Key Experience:

We're looking for an enthusiastic professional with a strong background in industrial relations. You should possess:

A proven track record in industrial relations management, ideally within the energy sector or similar industries.
Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels.
In-depth knowledge of employment law and industrial relations practises.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess and address complex situations.
