A major US law firm is hiring a CRM / Digital Marketing Specialist to join their London office. The role-holder will play a vital role in achieving business strategies, through developing and optimising the firm’s CRM and Marketing Automation systems. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will ensure the seamless operation of cloud-enabled CRM and Marketing Automation platforms, driving efficiency and innovation.The Responsibilities:Responsible for managing incoming support tickets, ensuring timely responses and resolutions.Actively support the administrative function of Salesforce, the firm’s CRM platform.Assist users with data imports, exports, updates, and contribute to data cleansing efforts.Provide support with the execution and reporting of marketing campaigns within Pardot, the firm’s marketing automation platform.Coordinate marketing email creation, list management, and event coordination.Resolve email and form-related formatting issues, including HTML editing and understanding prospect audit trails.Troubleshoot issues and implement effective solutions promptly.Deliver comprehensive training to both existing and new users, emphasizing data quality standards.Contribute to the development and maintenance of training materials related to CRM and Marketing Automation.The Candidate:Demonstrated aptitude for technology, and understand how to resolve database issues.Salesforce or similar enterprise CRM experience (Advantageous).Pardot or similar marketing automation platform experience (Advantageous).Educated to a Bachelor’s degree.Please note: Due to the specific sectors we work in, only candidates with valid work experience in a Law Firm, Accountancy Firm, Management Consultancy, Property/Construction Firm, Financial Services Firm or a high profile relevant Association or Agency will be considered.
