Can you leverage technology to transform how brands connect with their audience? MacGregor Black is partnering with an exciting sporting goods brand to appoint a CRM Specialist . This is a permanent role based in London with hybrid working. As CRM Specialist , you will take ownership of delivering best-in-class CRM strategies designed to drive engagement, retention, and customer lifetime value. You will manage the end-to-end execution of CRM campaigns, leveraging customer segmentation to deliver personalised journeys across email, SMS, and loyalty programmes. You will collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Digital, Creative, and Ecommerce teams to ensure CRM activity aligns with brand and commercial objectives. This role is ideal for a creative yet analytical CRM professional who thrives in a fast-paced, growing environment. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute multi-channel CRM campaigns to drive engagement, retention & revenue Manage customer segmentation, lifecycle journeys, and personalisation strategy Analyse CRM performance and provide actionable insights to optimize future activity Oversee email and SMS campaign builds, testing, scheduling, and reporting Enhance loyalty programme structure, communication, and customer experience Partner with Ecommerce & Digital Trading to align CRM activity with commercial priorities Work with Creative to ensure messaging aligns with brand identity and tone Maintain CRM data integrity and compliance with GDPR Stay informed on CRM technology trends, best practices, and competitor activity What We’re Looking For: Degree in Marketing, Business, or similar discipline Experience in CRM, email marketing, or customer lifecycle roles within retail, fashion, or consumer brands Hands-on experience with CRM, ESP or CDP platforms (e.g. Klaviyo, Salesforce, Emarsys) Strong analytical skills — ability to translate data into meaningful insight Excellent communication & stakeholder skills Customer-obsessed mindset with a commercial approach Highly organised, proactive, and detail-oriented What We Offer: Competitive salary + benefits Hybrid working – London HQ Fast-growing brand with international ambitions Creative & collaborative team environment Opportunities for learning & progression Please reach out to Gabby Zachrisson for more information.
