This position serves as a financial partner to the investment, investor relations, and portfolio management teams, providing essential insights, analyses, and reporting regarding the investments contained within the portfolio.Effective communication with both the finance and investment teams is vital to ensure all team members are equipped with the necessary data and insights regarding each property and the overall portfolio.
