Theatre Practitioners With Orthopaedic Scrub Experience

Key Responsibilities : Assist in orthopaedic surgeries, providing expert scrub support. Ensure the operating theatre is set up and maintained in accordance with health and safety regulations. Work closely with surgeons, anaesthetists, and other theatre staff to provide seamless patient care. Prepare and manage surgical instruments and equipment specific to orthopaedic procedures. Adhere to infection control practices and surgical protocols. Requirements : Proven experience in a Theatre Practitioner or Scrub Nurse role, with a focus on orthopaedic surgeries. Valid NMC / HCPC registration (or equivalent where applicable). Strong knowledge of orthopaedic procedures, instruments, and techniques. Ability to work well in a collaborative team and under pressure. Excellent communication skills and attention to detail. #J-18808-Ljbffr
