Senior Accommodation Support OfficerWe're recruiting a Senior Accommodation Support Officer to provide support to our dynamic team as they assist our participants with their housing needs through effective interventions. Our team of Accommodation Support Officers works within the criminal justice system, in either a custodial or community setting. As a senior, you will line manage a localised team and we will hold a amount of our more complex cases.You'll need excellent interpersonal skills to build and maintain effective relationships with referral agencies, third‑party providers and stakeholders. You'll also be responsible for developing high‑quality practice among the team through observing and auditing practice, and then providing coaching and mentoring workshops to enable them to develop.
