PRS Peterborough, England, United Kingdom Senior Facilities Site Officer – Peterborough Shift: Mon–Fri 6:30am–3:30pm (40 hours) We are seeking a Senior Facilities Site Officer to join our dedicated team in Peterborough. This is a hands‑on role with responsibility for overseeing and coordinating all facilities services across the school sites, ensuring a safe, well‑maintained, and efficiently run environment. Key Responsibilities Act as the main point of contact for facilities requests on‑site and via the help desk Supervise and coordinate the on‑site facilities services team Carry out Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPMs) Conduct water flushing procedures Perform emergency lighting and fire extinguisher checks Coordinate and actively participate in the delivery of both hard and soft services Organise events and manage event set‑ups Maintain the cleanliness of car parks and ensure rubbish bins are emptied Additional Information Holiday cover for other engineers: 1:00pm – 10:00pm Team of 3 engineers on‑site Flexible shift patterns may include working with other teams What We Are Looking For Proven experience in facilities management or a similar environment Strong organisational and communication skills Ability to supervise a small team and coordinate multiple tasks effectively Flexible, proactive, and hands‑on approach to facilities management If you are a motivated, hands‑on facilities professional looking to take the next step in your career, we would love to hear from you.
