From engineering to customer experience, AI capabilities are becoming integral to how we design, build, and deliver the next generation of digital experiences.About the Role :The Sales Development Representative (SDR) role at Sitecore is a key role within our sales organisation that will give you the knowledge, skills, and foundation for a long, successful career in technology.In this role, you will be responsible for supporting Sitecore's growth strategy. It is a chance to use your skills to help shape our future as the leaders in the Digital Experience Marketing space.You will play an essential role in creating market awareness, identifying prospective customers, qualifying leads and generating new business for the company. You are an ambitious, results driven team player. Part of this unique opportunity includes attending our Sitecore Academy, a program focused on enabling future all-star sellers within our organisation.ResponsibilitiesManage inbound lead flow as well as executing outbound prospecting initiativesExecute targeted outbound campaigns to identify new contacts, establish need and fit, and arrange a product introductionPartner with the Sales team to build quality pipelineStay engaged with prospects and nurture your dealsAct as an ambassador and advocate for Sitecore, sharing your passion and knowledge with customers and prospectsArranging discovery calls and well-qualified product demonstrations for the Field Sales and Pre-Sales teamsWhat You Need to SucceedNative English speaker, additional languages highly advantageousPositive and energetic communication skills, excellent listening skills, strong writing skillsGenuinely curious, self-motivated, creative, results-driven, solution-oriented, direct, and driven to succeedComfortable making cold callsThrive in a metrics-driven organisationAbility to analyse industry trends and craft relevant messagingCurious personality with a desire to grow a long-term career in enterprise salesAdditional Skills That Could Set You ApartOutbound and lead generation experience in a B2B environmentPassionate about technology and what it can do for society, selling technology and redefining a market segmentPrevious tech industry experience or experience in sales development, tele-marketing and / or salesWhy You Should Click ‘Apply’Sales and Customer Success are the key to our success We are tapping into an exciting $30B market opportunity that is still very much in its infancy and feel it’s never been a better time to join Sitecore as we look to grow by 30% YoY.
