Business Development Manager - Contract Kitchens Job Title: Regional Sales Manager Contract Kitchens Industry Sector: KBB, Contract Kitchens, High Rise Residential, Regional Housebuilders, National Housebuilders, Private Developers and Builders Area to be covered: Berkshire, Oxfordshire, Surrey and Hampshire based near M4 Remuneration: £50,000-£55,000 + £15,000 uncapped commission Benefits: Car Allowance, Fully expensed Hybrid car or EV & Full Benefits Role Overview The role of the Area Sales Manager includes engaging in new business development and field sales activities to sell our clients manufactured range of contract kitchens to contract kitchen buyers. You will be based near the M4, covering Berkshire, Oxfordshire, Surrey and Hampshire. Responsibilities Field sales role selling our clients manufactured range of contract kitchens Selling into high rise residential contractors, regional housebuilders, housing developers / national housebuilders and local housing associations New business development role, will involve getting on the phone and visiting clients face to face Revenue target year two £3m Average projects from 30-200 plots (but can be much larger) Typically 3-4 days a week on the road, remainder working from home Ideally 2-3 meaningful customer visits a day when on the road Working through a high rise residential and regional housebuilder lists as well as your own contacts Visiting show plots and marketing suites to identify the relevant decision makers Presenting pricing exercises, tending for real projects Qualifications 2 years+ proven contract kitchen field sales experience New business hunter Sold into housebuilders / housing developers or high rise residential developers Ideally with a good network of contacts with regional housebuilders or high rise residential developers Good on the phone Charismatic, very personable, professional and confident IT literate Organised, methodical, good journey planner Well presented Company Est. 70 years+ Circa £30m turnover 170+ Employees Mitchell Maguire is a specialist construction field sales recruitment consultancy, dealing exclusively with construction field sales jobs, construction field sales vacancies and specification field sales positions within housebuilders, private developers, high rise residential developers, contract kitchens, builders, products, showers, accessories, brassware, sanitaryware, kitchens, bedrooms, vanity units, wardrobes, bathrooms, interiors, flooring, ceilings, wall coverings, partitions, tiles, flooring and all other associated KBB products. #J-18808-Ljbffr
