Job Information Salary: £32,000 per annum + up to 15% bonus Location: London, United Kingdom (SW1) Territory: North London, North West London, South East London, South West London, West London, West Central London, East London, North West London, South East London (Travel Zones 1 & 2) Employment type: Full‑time Job Description As a Territory Development Executive, you will be tasked with growing sales and distribution points for Suntory’s range of products. You will proactively seek opportunities with convenience retail, food service, leisure, and on‑trade venues, bringing the Suntory portfolio to new and existing customers. You will be a tenacious, resilient, and people‑oriented professional, demonstrating the ability to form positive relationships quickly and to build long‑lasting partnerships with internal and external stakeholders. Responsibilities Make at least 8 outbound calls per day focused on white space opportunities. Build and nurture meaningful relationships across your territory, converting them into sales and distribution points for the Suntory portfolio. Partner with the wider CPM team to deliver city‑centre growth, leveraging POS, standard sales tools, and digital assets to enhance key customers’ social presence. Identify wider business development opportunities and create a pipeline for future growth. Requirements Full UK manual driving licence. Curious and proactive – constantly seeking opportunities and exploring new possibilities. Driven – high levels of self‑motivation, networking and building a robust sales pipeline. Solution‑focused – demonstrates creative thinking and brings innovative ideas to drive results. Resilient, determined, and hungry for success.
