**The Role**

We are very excited to be looking for an experienced Executive Producer to lead our commercial film vertical through winning pitches, overseeing productions and mentoring the team. We believe this is a great opportunity to join Territory, with this role being closely involved in a number of exciting new initiatives and plans.

**ROLE: Executive Producer**

**REPORTS TO: Head of Production**

**LOCATION: London (Hybrid working - 3 days in studio / 2 days at home)**

**CONTRACT: Full-time (40 hours/ week)**

The key responsibilities of this role will be:_**
- Pitching
- Work with the ECD and CD’s to pitch and win projects
- Experience using Google Slides for pitches strongly preferred (strong GIF game a big plus)
- Overseeing Productions
- Once pitches have been won, the project will be assigned to a producer
- The EP will stay involved as the senior point of contact to help with client communication, any escalations and to be a sounding board for the project team
- Responsible for ensuring the Territory level of quality is achieved
- Spearheading New Initiatives
- Work closely with senior management to create new forms of revenue or new film capabilities within the company
- Being the first point of contact for our growing group of rostered directors
- Business Development
- Responsible for all bidding of new project work, working closely with the HoP to ensure we are competitive and can maintain and optimise margin to win projects
- Work with the founder, HoP and sales team to speak with agencies and brands about Territory and our capabilities to create new business opportunities
- Mentoring Team
- Work closely with the HoP to mentor more junior members of staff and train them in bidding, pitching and running projects
- Strategy & Growth
- Work with HoP, MD and Founder to define and drive our film strategy for Territory Studio London
- Reporting Lines
