Family Hubs Navigator | Early Help | Lancaster | Full Time 2 days ago Be among the first 25 applicants Job DescriptionSalary £27,269-£31,067 per annumFixed Term till 1 March 2027, Full Time, 37 hours per weekPro Rata Come and join our fantastic team in Lancaster We are looking for a passionate and motivated Family Hubs Navigator to help make a real difference to children, young people, and families in our community. Responsibilities Promote and increase accessibility to our Family Hubs and Networks. Provide timely, responsive signposting and support for families to access Universal and Early Help services. Lead on the digital presence of Family Hubs, ensuring websites, social media, and booking systems are accurate and up to date. Coordinate and develop ‘One Stop Shops’ within Family Hubs, making them welcoming and inclusive spaces. Take a lead role in participation and engagement, ensuring children, young people, and parents have a voice in shaping services. Line manage Delivery Centre Support Workers, supporting them to deliver high-quality experiences for families.
