We are looking for a conveyancing secretary for our residential and commercial conveyancing departments.

Some experience is needed - ideally in both areas of practice so as we don’t have to start from scratch in terms of training. We are extremely busy currently and need a team member who can:

  • work at our Sheffield office
  • work 9am - 5pm Monday - Friday
  • answer calls direct to our property department (from clients, agents, and third parties)
  • assist in the filtering of calls to determine onward direction and urgency of required responses
  • file opening and closing and file maintenance
  • provide updates to all parties and to the team leaders and supervisors
  • understand and operate case management software
  • report to and update lender panels, land registry, and SDLT

Salary is dependent on qualification, skill, expertise, and experience level as well as legal knowledge.
