A long standing Legal 500 firm in the centre of Sheffield is looking to hire an additional conveyancing assistant to join their successful residential property team.
Salary is up to £20k and the firm would be keen to speak to conveyancing assistants with at least 8-12 months experience in this area. You will be providing support to the team on a range of duties to include; carrying out searches, liaising with clients, preparingwritten quotes, opening files, preparing and submitting SDLT, preparing contracts etc.
It's only a small team so you will have a lot of exposure to all aspects of the files and if you are looking to have the opportunity to progress down the line to becoming a fee earner, then this is a definite possibility.
