You must have previous conveyancing experience in a similar role to be considered for this position.
The successful conveyancing assistant will provide conveyancing support to the fee earners within the residential property department, helping process conveyancing files quickly and proactively.
Duties will include client management, completing conflict checks, file opening, carrying out searches, assisting the fee earner with plot sales and purchases, collection of money, preparing contracts and other documents, submission of SDLTs and more.
The conveyancing department is relaxed and informal but extremely professional. The firm puts clients’ needs first, so the ability to prioritise your workload is essential. Ideally, you will be educated to degree level and have previous experience as a conveyancingassistant.
Salary on offer for this role is dependent on previous conveyancing experience.
