OverviewJoin to apply for the Human Resources Advisor - MAT COVER FTC role at Victoria Plum.We’re on the hunt for a talented and enthusiastic HR Advisor to join our People Services team on a 12-month maternity cover contract. This is a chance to make a real impact, providing essential HR support and helping to build a positive and inclusive workplace culture.You’ll be the go-to person for all things HR, from guiding managers through employee relations matters to ensuring our policies reflect best practice and UK employment law. You’ll be a true business partner, offering sound advice on performance management, leave policies, and related HR duties.If you have a strong HR background, the ability to build relationships, and a passion for creating a great employee experience, we’d love to hear from you.We need someone who can hit the ground running, navigate a fast-paced environment, and work across a wide range of HR duties.What You’ll Be DoingEmployee Relations: Guide managers through disciplinary and grievance procedures and provide expert advice to help our people grow and succeed.HR Administration: Manage employee records, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with data protection laws.Training & Development: Develop and deliver training programs to foster a culture of continuous learning.What We’re Looking ForA bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field, ideally with CIPD qualification or working towards one.A solid understanding of UK employment law.Clear communication and the ability to build strong relationships across all levels of the business.Strong organizational skills and effective time management.This is a brilliant opportunity to start a new role and make a difference from day one.
